This is what some insured have said to me when I mention an umbrella policy. I have signs on my property so I am not responsible anymore. Their day will come.

A no Tresspassing sign doesn't cover you and as a matter of fact nothing but insurance will cover you if the horrific fate of a drowning occurs in YOUR pool. Pool owners beware you are fully liable for any injuries incurred in your pool.....
If you can find a company that will insure your pool GET IT!!!!
