Pros: easy to play, a bit of variety, H&S at its finist Cons: graphics are a bit lacking, and i have personally spent 16 + hours straight playing this (on more than one occasion)
Put simply, I own alot of the popular games (alpha centauri, dungeon keeper,mech.2,etc.), and I always come back to DIABLO. It's a simple game where you hack and slash your way to the end.
You can play it on Battle.net, modem to modem, or...

Pros: best attempt at a highly graphical RPG Cons: boring gameplay
Through all the reviews I have read about Diablo, it seems all the gaming companies (especially Blizzard) and magazines think that Diablo is the greatest thing ever programmed. On the other hand, a significant number of consumers think that there was...

Pros: VERY addicting Cons: Too many hackers on Battle.net
Well Blizzard did it again with Diablo, creating an incredible game for the PC. This was a slight departure from their usual fare which included strategy games like Warcraft and Starcraft. This is more of a roleplaying game almost like a very modern day...

Pros: Ease of use
Price Cons: Graphics not as good as Diablo 2
VERY Addictive
Diablo is one of the best liked computer games of the recent past for many good reasons. A friend turned me on to this game in the spring of 1999. I was instantly hooked. Now, before you assume that I am another game-addicted internet-addicted cyber...

Pros: Very playable, very replayable, fun multiplayer Cons: Slightly repetative actions, cheats on battle.net
--Storyline--
The town of Tristram is facing a terrible evil, the old King has gone missing, the town is being threatened by evil creatures and it is suspected that Diablo himself lurks somewhere beneath the dungeon.
The story itself is...

Pros: ease of use nice graphics(for its time) Cons: no story, thoughtless gameplay
So I feel this twinge of self doubt as I write this review, as the whole world seems to agree on quite the opposite of what I believe, but, I think Diablo as a whole, was not worth the energy it took me install it, much less play it. I really don't care...

Pros: Three levels of play, save anywhere action Cons: only three types of characters to choose from
Ahhh Blizzard has done it this time with Diablo!
This video game (made for Playstation and computer) has me
hooked big time! I don't play the computer version, it just
isn't as nice if you ask me, but the PlayStation version is ...

Pros: Simple but addictive; highly replayable Cons: Playing Diablo may be hazardous to your desire to do anything else.
I wasn't playing many computer games when Diablo was released back in 1996, so although I was peripherally aware that it was out and people seemed to like it, I never got around to playing it. Now that the sequel's out and everyone's making a big fuss...

Pros: fun multi-player game Cons: cheats and hacks are abundant
"Nice people in town...Weather is nice...just be careful where you tread or you'll end up dead" (a postcard I would send from the town of Tristram).
A friend of mine lent me his copy of Diablo and I liked it so much he almost didn't...

Pros: The games changes while you play. Cons: None.
My husband and I first purchased this game after seeing a friend play his. We just had to have it! The basic gist of the game is to defeat the evil demon-overlord Diablo. On your way to the appointed rendezvous you must finish various quest, picked at...

Pros: lots of levels and you can never find everything Cons: first stages are very hard.
I bought this game a few days ago from one of my friends and I gotta tell ya, it is a hell of a great rpg. Get it. It will be worth your while.
I have played a lot of rpg and lots of them suck but Diablo rules!
I recommend starcraft as well. It...

Pros: good plot, keeps you wanting to play, excellent replay-ability Cons: not much
You can pretty much say that Diablo (created by Blizzard Entertainment) has attained the title of "classic." Not only has it sold well, it is extremely well liked by almost all the people who have played it. This is not that surprising...

Pros: ... Cons: ...
As with the golden RPG titles of yesteryear, Diablo's premise is very simple: Find evil things and smite them repeatedly. The tricky bit comes in deciding just how to smite them, and how to do it without getting seriously killed. Each of the game's three...
