Pros: It has Aston Martins and TVR's.
Cons: Replayability. The game fades a bit after a while!

This was the best Playstation racing game ever, it was unlike any racing game to have gone before but due to pressure from other games just as worthy of the title (such as toca2, wip3out, ridge racer type 4, v-rally 2, have i mentioned every good racing game yet) it has been bashed down a few places. The tracks are massive and extremely detailed plus there are over 260 licenced cars from makes such as Austin Martin, Honda and TVR. There are two modes of play, arcade and Gran Turismo mode. The arcade mode is pretty boring but the Gran Turismo mode is absolutley brilliant. It is displayed as a map with the various manufactorers garages littered around. This game is brillant BUY IT, BUY IT, BUY IT!.
P.S:After playing this game for ages I got extremely bored because once you've used one car you've used 'em all. Also the tracks are not that interesting, definitly nowhere near TOCA 2's quality. People who bought this only bought it 'coz of the graphics and now there are so many games out there with that kind of quality graphics and better gameplay (TOCA 2) that you may as well get one of those. Keep ya eyes peeled for GT2 though!
