This is one of the games that someone told me to try out and so I decided to give it a shot. I have just come back from the game to tell you what I have seen so far. First of all the person that told me about this game has some explaining to do because I just thought that it was way to boring to play. They should put a disclaimer on the game that says to not operate heavy machinery while playing this game. This isn't even as fun as a board game.
When you start out you have to do stuff like create a army, build towns, draw diplomatic agreements, cast spells, and all sort of other stuff that just doesn't make sense. Some of it like exploration and building makes sense but I really don't understand the guilds (one of there words) or spells at all.
Also, it was funny because they rank you. I was moving up in rank but I really didn't know what I was doing a third of the time. It just seemed like a game that really wasn't worth my time and certainly my money. But in my opinion I think that they should pay you! I guess the other 5000 people that were playing with me wouldn't agree but I certainly think so.
There is no action to it and it becomes boring real fast. Maybe I just don't have the attention span to play such a game of strategy but it really didn't seem any fun. Maybe if you like that strategy sort of thing you will like this game but I am more of a action sort of guy and if you are too then I recommend that you stay away from this game.
