If you were a fan of the old two-dimensional Adventures of Zelda for Nintendo, than you almost HAVE to check this game out. I have been playing adventure games for some time now and I have never seen a game as well thought out as this one.
One of the great things about this game is that the game is always moving even if you are not. That’s right, even if you are just standing there with Link he will start to cough or stretch or something along that line. Even though Link being able to stretch has nothing to do with the objective in the game it is still a cool feature.
The game also has one of the biggest playing area I have ever seen constructed for one video game. If you thought the last Zelda had a big map, wait till you get a hold of this game. It will blow your mind! Other features to the game include time travel, horseback riding, fishing, archery, swimming, flying, magic spells, super giant bosses, just to name a few!!
It seems as though throughout the evolution of the Adventures of Zelda the story line has always been the same. You are Link and you have to save Princess Zelda from the evil clutches of Ganon. But don’t for one second think that just because the story line is simple the game will be too. I would have to say that as far as adventure games are concerned, this is the only one you will ever have to buy, because every other one you play will pale in comparison.
