SimTown is one of the less challenging Sim games. This makes it good for younger kids.(ages 6 and up)

In this Sim game you create a community. There a many different types of housing to choose from. There is also a verity of businesses. Some examples you have to choose from are; pizza joint, Chinese restaurant, clothing store and even a bank. You also need schools, police and post office.

The goal to SimTown is to have the right balance of businesses to housing. You also have to watch your resources. (Water, forests, farms and garbage levels)

if you like SimTown you may be ready for Sim City. In SimCity you have more of everything and a budget to work with. SimCity is for adults.
