I was lucky enough to purchase this game at a school bookfair. I loved the board game and only hoped it would be that good. It was Buy one get one free so I only paid $7.50 for this game. What an absolute bargain!
Setting up the game is a snap. It is for 1 to 4 players and you can play against each other or against the computer. It even gives you the option to play online though I have not tried that feature.
There are 5 skill levels and everyone can choose their own level. There is a Scrabble dictionary included in the software so you can lay your word out and it will tell you if it is not a word. When you place a word on the board, you have the option of picking your own letters or letting the computer pick them for you. While you are playing the game in the background you hear classical music. It is cool how when you quit the game the Scrabble board blows up. This is the most matched computer version of a board game that I have seen.
This game would be great for children who are in 3rd grade and above as well as adults of all ages!! I am addicted!
