This game is awesome. You drive around in your car and blast everyone to bits. It is like an ultimate demolition derby with ramps, bridges, buildings and guns. Plus there are a number of secret moves, levels, cheats and vehicles. This game is a must have for any Nintendo 64 owner.
The graphics are pretty good and it is expansion pack compatible. But when you turn the resolution up, the game slows way down. Also if you have a bunch of heat seeking missles launched it slows down. Those are the to worst things with the game.
It features good AI, that still presents me with a competition. With all the levels and cars that they offer, I will never get bored of playing. This is a fast paced game that has more of a plot than blow up everything you see. Some missions you have to defend certain objects, and others you can only blow up certain ones. And with levels from a farm to a ghost town the excitement and pleasure will surely last a long time.
In addition to a two player main game, there are also two versions of a battlemode. In the cooperative version, two people play, and they choose the level, a which guys to fight, and the quantity to fight against. In the normal battle mode, you play in teams or by yourself. Here it is the last man standing.
This game was made for the "die hard game junkies" and the "touch my 64 once a year people" alike. It is a great purchase that is well worth your money. As soon as I am done typing this I'm going to play it.
