It is such a dumb thing to blame it on. I love video games and i think that if anything it relives pressure/stress. Video games have violence in them but thats not the reason they shoot up school or do what they do. Most of the time its because they're just mad at someone and want to get at them. Video games allow kids to shoot fake people insted of real people. People see violence and think bam thats the problem when actulay its a solution! Most people dont even play video games to see what there talking about. Also theres more realistic violence in movies, also in songs by singers like Eminem. He talks about killing, but he dosnt and when you hear about other people getting killed then it makes people (at least me) calm down. People who think that video games are the main reason that violence in the world happens, you should take a another look at whats going on.
