Pros: Adds body, volume, and covers MY gray; gives natural red highlghts, very reasonable price Cons: Smells like grass clippings, pretty messy to use
Anybody out there remember henna? Well, before Nice ' Easy, before "does she or doesn't she", there was henna. Not the kind Madonna uses to adorn her body, this henna product is for hair.
Having been blessed with 'good' hair, I've...

Pros: Looks like I received a new perm. Cons: none
I found this product that tames my frizzy hair .I have the type of hair that has a mind of it's own. When I get up in the morning I have hair sticking up every where .Then I jump in the shower shampoo and condition and still after I rinse I cannot get a...

Pros: There is a little hairdresser in all of us Cons: Looks funny for a while
Again this is a common occurrence in the salon. Don't worry if your child tried his/her talents with cutting their own hair.
I get calls all the time about this problem. Usually it is in the bang area and is up to the scalp. Don't get...

Pros: will not weigh the hair down, cool bottle, interesting scent Cons: kinda expensive at $14.95 for a 8.5 fl. oz bottle (but worth it and I will last for several months)
Then you should visit your salon and pick up a bottle of Sebastian's Primer / Pre-fixxer. I have been cursed by genetics with lifeless hair that spends more time either being tied in a pony tail or pulled into a modified french roll.
When my...

Pros: Inexpensive, works great, kid friendly Cons: some products are hard to find
I agree with francesca57 about Loreal hair care products for kids. My son also did not want to use baby shampoo anymore, and we found these to be a great solution. They come in bright colored containers and wonderful kid type fragrances, and are very...

Pros: Works great removing tangles! pennies to make. Cons: You need to find a spray bottle to put it in!
I have the honor of not only being the father of an 8-year old with really long fine hair, but also the baby-sitter of a 3 year old with even finer hair.
There's nothing that I hated more than to have to try and comb through the matted,...

Pros: Very effective and leaves the hair healthy looking Cons: none
I've tried many of the well known shampoos such as Pert Plus and Finesse, and I found Pantene ProV to be the best. It not only untangles hard to manage hair, it also leaves it healthy and full oh shine. It's the only one that works for my hair. It also...

Pros: Smells good Cons: Strips hair
I usually buy a expensive shampoo and conditioner. Last month the salon had a good deal on Back To Basics, and I bought a 33oz. bottle of the shampoo and conditioner both.
I used this on my six year old daughter, and it totally stripped her...

Pros: I can let my hair down! Cons: None that I can tell
I have really thick hair, and not like Cindy Crawford either. It is unruly, tangly, fly away. It gets caught in strangers jewelry and in car doors. Somehow though, and I'm not sure why, I keep it long, even though its mostly on top of my head with...

Pros: Wonderful fruity scents, detangles trouble hair, less expensive. Cons: Doesn't do the job alone, needs help with a good pick comb.
How many times do other parents like me go through that terrible battle of shampoo time... You know the part, where the game "hide and seek goes into play, once those frightful words are announced to your children!
It happens every time...

Pros: No more tears, head -to-toe so soft Cons: shampoo drying
I remember growing up as a child with Johnson's shampoo, they still carry the original that I remember. Their no more tears formula is a godsend. I can vividly remember the days when we ran out of the Johnson's and I had to use my mom and dads'...

Pros: lookin' fine when clubbin' Cons: showering first
Snut Rucket has some funky hair that doesn’t like to cooperate. The hot and dry atmosphere here in Hairy Knee, AZ doesn’t help much. So, being the kind of person that likes to look good when I go out – I have tried many different hair care products...

Pros: It conditions your hair, while it cleans. NO MORE TEARS Cons: Not a lot of Lather.
If You walked into my daughters Bathroom, You would think that it had been taken over by Cartoon Characters. We have a Large Collection of Johnson and Johnson's Bath Products, each with some type of Cartoon character on them.
I have never really...

Pros: It really works! Cons: small sized bottles for the price
I love hair products, I always try the new lines as soon as they come out, most of them I am disappointed with.
I first learned of Physique through their web site, I signed up and they sent me a coupon and some free samples of the volumizing and...

Pros: Works well Cons: Safety is questionable
I will agree that the no more tears line from Johnson & Johnson does live up to its name. It does help bath time since it does not sting if it gets in their eyes. Especially if you have children that protest bath time. They get a lot of shampoo in...
