Pros: Looks good, easy to use.
Cons: 3 repair calls and replacement, now need repair call on replaced microwave.
Summary: Although I love this microwave because of the way it looks and the ease of use I have to write a bad review. I bought the first one in August of 2005 and had 3 service calls for it making "snapping" and "arcing" sounds while running. They couldn't get
