Pros: Looks good, easy to use.
Cons: 3 repair calls and replacement, now need repair call on replaced microwave.

Although I love this microwave because of the way it looks and the ease of use I have to write a bad review. I bought the first one in August of 2005 and had 3 service calls for it making "snapping" and "arcing" sounds while running. They couldn't get them to stop so they finally replaced the microwave in February of 2006. Now, I've been using the new one and this past weekend I went to heat up a scrambled egg and toast and there was a snapping noise, a puff of smoke and when I opened the door there was a small sooty spot about the size of a small pencil eraser on both the inside rim of the microwave and on the door. When I brushed the soot away there was a whole burned all the way through the enamel down to the metal. Now the service repair person has to come again and look at this one.
