Pros: the movers are hardworking and mean well
Cons: the corporate attitude stinks
I've had eight major moves and several more minor moves since graduating from college. Half of these major moves were "do it yourself moves" where I either rented a truck and abused my friends, or hired a cheap hourly mover, packed all my boxes...

Pros: The truck delivery people were friendly and helpful
Cons: Late shipment, Bad tracking system, Bad customer service, Extremely disorganized, Adds on additional fees
