Cedar Grilling Planks by cc23rdb  Pros: A very easy and inexpensive way to add extra flavor to your favorite foods.
Cons: Because you are cooking on a grill, it does take alittle longer to cook. I wanted to try a new way to cook meat and add more flavor to pork and steak.
