Hold on to your hats ladies and gentleman. I have the best recipe for preparing mashed potatoes. But, it's not your ordinary, plain 'ol, 18th century spuds. It's potatoes with a kick. Try this one. I guarantee you will fall in love, our your money back.



To prepare this delectable side dish, all you will need is:

6 large potatoes (scrubbed and cubed with skin on)
2 cloves of fresh, finely chopped garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tblespoons butter.
1/2 cup heavy cream


Scrub and cube the potatoes and place them in a large pot. Boil them until they are soft. Drain, and return to pot. Keep warm. Saute onions and garlic in the butter for 2 minutes or until onions are tender and clear. Add heavy cream gradually and reduce to half. Remove saute mixture, and add to potatoes. Coursely mash potatoes and saute mixture. Serve hot. Serves 4-6.

This makes a great side dish for fish, steaks, or pork.
