I received one of these for a gift. It will do almost anything as far as grilling is concerned, only much quicker than a gas grill. You don't get the "Grill Flavor", but you also don't get the hassle either. Chicken, chops, steak, even country ham. I have found that country ham cooked on this grill is much better than frying it.I use it almost on a daily basis. You do however have to keep an eye on it if your are cooking hamburger as the drip pan will over fill if there is a lot of fat in the meat. I have also found that if you don't clean it as soon as you are done and it cools down, you have a lot harder time cleaning it. I also think that the spatula that comes with it is to small to flip or lift the meat off.
