Fresh Fruit Salad

When seasonal fruits aren't available, frozen fruits can be used to make this recipe. Chopped fresh mint can be added for a surprising flavor. This salad can also be served as a topping on any plain white or yellow cake.

1 cup cubed pineapple
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup sliced bananas
1 cup raspberries
3 tablespoons honey
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Combine all the fruits in a large bowl. Stir the honey and lemon juice in a small bowl and pour over the fruit. Stir. Chill the salad in the fridge for about 3 hours to allow flavors to seep in. Serves 4-6.
