Georgre Foreman Grill

Love to barbecue in the summer. Love to grill food. No excess fat when you grill food. I purchased the George Foreman Grill, for indoor use, in winter. I purchased, the large family size grill. I can cook, six big burgers, at once. There are grease catcher trays, to put at the bottom, to catch the excess grease. You would be surprised what comes out of meats today. Better in the grease tray, then in your system, clogging the arteries. Today everyone is watching fat content of food.

This grill cooks both sides, at the same time. I have done vegetables on this grill also. About two minutes, they were grilled to perfection. Peppers, onions, potatoes, mushrooms, all wonderful. The meats cook quickly. Burgers take six minutes, well done. Chicken breast, in the same amount of time.No turning over needed. We have done different cuts of meat, different cooking times. London Broil, took twelve minutes, done the way we like it.Sausages, even grilled sandwiches are great.

Clean up, is simple. Clean up spatula comes with it.It has a non stick surface.I wipe it down with a damp sponge, dry and store it. It stands up on end, fits in closet nicely. It is well worth the money, to remove excess fat from food, any time. I recommend it highly to anyone, it is a healthy way of cooking.
