New Mexican Tacos

1 Package lean ground Beef
1 Can of green chilies or a couple hatched green chilies

Shredded Colby Longhorn cheese
Diced tomatoes
Chopped lettuce
Chopped black olives
Hot salsa (as hot as you can find)
Hard taco shells


Cooking:

Cook meat with green chilies and salsa. Cook until brown. If I can give you one little advice tip it would be to stay away from the spice mix that you buy at the store. The salsa and the green chilies will give the meat a great taste without the processed flavor. Place taco shells in the oven on warm, warming for a few minutes. Chop the lettuce and tomatoes, and shred the cheese. You are set to build the best tacos! Take the shell hot from the oven and place the meat on the bottom. Then the cheese, this allows the heat from the meat to melt the cheese. Next comes the salsa, and I have to admit that I order my salsa from one of my favorite restaurants, Sadi's, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is the hottest salsa you have ever tasted, but boy oh boy is it great. Yet you don't have to order your salsa, just use your favorite kind from the grocery store. Then top the taco with lettuce and tomatoes, and finally the olives. These are one of the fastest meals that I know and it is great!! Please enjoy!
