Shrimp & Pasta

Ingredients:
1 can chicken broth
2 tbsp. cornstarch
l 1/2 lbs. shrimp (deveined and shelled)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. red pepper
3 tbsp. parsley (fresh preferably)
5 cups cooked angel hair pasta
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic and pepper and cook until shrimp turn pink (stir often). Take shrimp out of skillet, then add parsley and lemon juice. Combine cornstarch with the chicken broth and add that mixture to skillet as well. Cook until liquid thickens. Return shrimp to skillet and heat through. Toss with pasta.
