Chocoholic Alert!! This is a SIMPLE, must try recipe!! Don't let the chocolate squares scare you off --- you melt them in the microwave! The brownie part alone is awesome, then when you add the topping, it becomes outrageous.

Ingredients:

4 Squares unsweetened baking chocolate
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) margarine or butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 Jar Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch/Carmel Sauce
1 cup chopped walnuts

HEAT oven to 350 degrees F (325 for glass baking dish)
MICROWAVE chocolate and margarine in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until margarine is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
STIR sugar into chocolate until well blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Spread in greased 13 by 9 inch pan. (Can also use smaller pan for thicker brownies, ie. 9 by 9 is good.)
BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudge crumbs. Do not overbake.
POUR 1/2 Jar of Butterscotch/Carmel sauce over top of brownies. Sprinkle on walnuts.

This recipe is so easy and delicious. You will probably be more successful using a spoon than a spatula to remove them from the pan because it is sinfully fudgey and gooey!! Enjoy.
