Chicken ExtraordinairAug 03 '00 Write an essay on this topic.I've made this casserole on many occasions and there is never any left at my house. We fight over the last bite. It is very easy and goes well with mixed veggies or broccoli on the side. 1 whole chicken or 5 chicken breast 1 medium container of Sour Cream 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 whole individual package of Ritz crackers or Town House crackers, crushed 1 stick of margarine melted Directions Spray 2qt. square casserole dish with Pam or Canola Spray. Cook chicken and when cool cube in bite size pieces. Set aside Mix Sour cream and Cream of Mushroom soup together until well blended. Add chicken to soup mixture and blend well, place all in casserole dish. Take melted butter and pour on crackers mix with fork until buttery. Place cracker mixture on top of chicken and place in oven 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Don't let crackers get to hard but golden brown.  |
