This is fast and easy to perpare if your going to that family get together at the park and you just really don't know what to take and you want something that everyone will like. Well this is what you take a corn casserole.. all you need is... 1- 16oz can of whole kernal corn 1- 1oz can of cream corn 1- cup of sour cream 2- eggs 1- pkg of jiffy corn muffin mix 1- cup of sugar 8- tbsp melted butter ---------------------------- perheat oven to 375 grease 1 and a half to 2 qt casserole dish. Mix together melted butter, corn and sour cream,sugar blend in the eggs after all mixed then slowly add jiffy muffin mix after them pour into casserole dish then bake 35 minutes. this is great hot or cold you can also make without sugar..if you perfer.
