Cool Whip SmoothieJun 13 '00 Write an essay on this topic.This is a great tasting smoothie, that I usually make with fat free cool whip topping. You can use your favorite yogurt, or experiment with different ones to get a taste you like. Smoothies are quick and easy to make, and very refreshing during those hot summer days. Hope you enjoy! Prep time: about 5 minutes Ingredients: 1 cup of yogurt (any flavor you want) 1 tub (8 oz.) of cool whip (I like the fat free or light) 2 cups of frozen strawberries 2 cups of ice cubes Put the yogurt, strawberries, ice, and about half the tub of cool whip into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cups and top with the rest of the cool whip. Makes about 4 cups. Enjoy! |
