| robndea's Full Review: GE Built-In Dishwashers |
Within the first three years in our new home, the motor of the dishwasher was replaced three times. One might think the local GE repair shop would take some action to avoid losing money putting new motors into this GE 640 Potscrubber that was still under warranty. They did...they folded. Sigh.
I am a marvelous cook and we have the wonderful experience of eating a bit of our previous meal on the next day's dishes! Oh Joy! We now hand wash everything before putting it in the dishwasher and waste tens of dollars per month running clean dishes through the dishwasher. I suppose it still sterilizes them. Oh goody - a $500 sterilizer!
Shhh - this may be the next advertising ploy by GE. Save your money, rent a teenager.
