This is a great product for those of us who like the taste of food cooked with a rotisserie, especially for those of us who really like chicken. The product is really easy to use, when making any kind of dinner. With chicken, turkey or any kind of roast, all you are basically doing is putting the meat in the basket, shoving the spit through it, and setting it into the rotisserie, and leaving it alone. You can watch through the clear door to see how your meal is doing, and actually watch the chicken brown so nicely, and all the fat drips off into the pan below it. There is no fussing with temperature or anything like that with this product. All you do is set the timer according to how many pounds you are cooking. Once you set the timer, the carousel starts to turn, and your meal starts cooking.
All meats (ham, pork roast, lamb, chicken, turkey) come out nicely browned on the outside, and moist on the inside. All the natural juices stay inside the meat, and each time I use it, it comes out wonderful. It may sound like it would be a pain to clean, but if you spray the pieces, including the drip pan, with some kind of non stick spray, it is really very easy to clean. All the parts are dishwasher safe, so you can even stick them in there and be done with it. There are also skewers available so that you can make kabobs with the rotisserie. Now I have not tried that yet, but I am sure they would come out just wonderfully.
