Cream Of Broccoli Soup only 155 Calories

Even if you don`t care for broccoli as a vegetable,you will love this broccoli cream soup. Add a sandwich and a salad and you have a meal. if you would like you can add a little cheese to the soup.
CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP
1 can chicken broth (8 oz. sz.)
1 10 oz. frozen broccoli (or fresh cooked )
1 minced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup evaporated skim milk
salt and pepper to taste
In 3 qt. sauce pan combine broth, broccoli and onion.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in evaporated skim milk and cream of mushroom soup.
Heat to serving temperature.
DO NOT BOIL
Serves 4
