Kitchen Aid mixers are in a separate class above the rest. This mixer has worked better for me than any other ones I have seen or tried. It is very easy to use with all of the options set on top so it is not difficult to change what you are doing. I have never had a problem wiping down the mixer when liquid splashes up on it. The beaters are also very cleanable - just throw them in the dishwasher or put them in hot soapy water and whatever was on the beaters washes right off.
There are many more features that I could write on about how great they all are. Though I think anyone that has ever used a Kitchen Aid would agree they are reliable, sturdy, and incredibly easy to use. I recommend all products by this company.
