Glad I read your information. I had no idea that Eureka suffers from many returned products. I was considering one of their models but now will look at Hoover or Sharp, Thanks

Super Review (Reply to this comment)

Thank you for offering so much knowledge on buying a vacuum cleaner. I have had a Hoover self-propelled upright for about 19 years. It is still going strong. It was $200 very well spent.

Thanks for this well-written review. I'm currently researching vaccums and your epinion has been my launching point. I appreciate your straight-forward style and especially the length of your review, which seemed to cover everything with out going on and on.
Great Job!

This was an informative review of how to choose a vacuum. However having owned a Sharp, I would never own another one! You can only get the bags at a vacuum cleaner shop and I just gave a Sharp away because the manufacturer no longer sells belts for it.

Excellent advice!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am printing this out and saving it for the next time I buy a vacuum. Prior to this, I have always had very bad luck with my vacuum cleaner purchases.
