Baking Naked

This is another recipe that was given to me by my cooking teacher when I was in the 8th grade. I hate the muffins that you can buy in stores. These are far superior.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Large Bowl:
4 Tbs. butter Cream
1/2 cup sugar

After creaming add:
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Small Bowl:
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

1) Gradually add small bowl with dry ingredients into large bowl.
2) Add: 1 1/2 mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup chocolate chips

3) Spoon into muffin liners
4) Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar (optional) I prefer to leave this step out
5)Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes


Sometimes I like to bake in the nude. Have fun!
