My Tuna And Chips Hot Dish
May 09 '00
This hot dish may or may not be a recipe as I have never seen it in print anywhere. It is in my head. I have been making it since 1956. We used to have a lot of Stanley Brush, Queens Way, and jewelry parties also Tupperware parties. And I used to make this hot dish for the lunch after the party. Money was so tight for all of us young couples back then. At that time I made $1.00 an hour, working nights for Tonka Toys making toys. This hot dish didn't cost much more than a dollar to make. A can of peas was 10 cents, can of tuna . 29 cents, can of cream of mushroom soup .29 cents potato chips .29 cents maybe less then that. Any for not much more then a dollar we had a great tasting hot dish. Served with coffee or kool aid. I still enjoy this hot dish I had it for lunch today and decided to share it with you all.

1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce can)
