Cardamommy Fruit Dip
For this you can really use any fruits that you want. The recipe says this stuff, but melons, mangoes, grapes, pineapple chunks, orange slices, peaches, well, practically anything works. Get what's in season.
1/2 pint blueberries
1/2 pint strawberries
1/2 pint raspberries
2 kiwi -- sliced and peeled. (What is the plural of kiwi?)
1 banana -- sliced in half, then half those halves lengthwise. (Triangle shaped banana quarters)
And the sauce...
1/2 cup plain yogurt (vanilla yogurt works too, so does non-fat sour cream)
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch of ground cardamom (I like a little extra. I *love* the stuff.)
Arrange the fruit all pretty like on a nice plate. Put the yogurt in a bowl and drizzle with the honey. Then sprinkle the cardamom on top of that. Then you either pour this on top of the fruit, or use it as a dip.
Enjoy!
