I recently purchased the Cook's Essentials 18/10 stainless steel non stick cookware. Purchased from QVC. Made for them especially. These pots and pans are wonderful. The heavy duty lids are break resistant,tempered for safety. The see through convenience helps prevent boil over or over cooking of food. Non stick stainless steel, with the Silver Stone life time guarantee interiors. You can use metal utensils in them. The base is stainless,aluminum encased bottoms. Even heating, every time.The handles are heat resistant to 350 degrees. I have started a meal on stove top, to oven, to continue cooking, with out worry of cooking handles also. The set consists of a covered dutch oven, 12" covered fry pan,10"pan,8"fry pan,1qt,2qt covered sauce pans. I find the weight, construction and durability, excellent. With a lifetime guarantee,they should last a very long time. All my pots and pans needed to be replaced. Saw the demonstrations, decided to buy, very pleased with purchase.
