Pros:So easy!
Cons:cleaning
I recently purchased a Wok from Crate and Barrel and would recommend it to anyone. Don't be intimated! If you can cut vegtables and turn on the stove you can make a delicious meal. One really important thing you need to know about using a wok is how to clean it. Never wash a wok and let it air dry - it will rust up in 1 hour and the next time you cook your food will turn orange. The best thing to do is to wipe it clean with a paper towel and then wipe it down with some peanut or sesame oil. This will prevent it from rusting or corroding. Yes, some residue will remain from your last meal - but have you ever seen what they us in a Chinnese returant? Besides it just adds flavor to your next meal. Enjoy this product!
