I had first seen this product on t.v. and I thought that it was an interesting idea. One day I was at a garage sale and I saw the item for sale for a quarter so I bought it. I figured the most I would lose would be a quarter. Well since I had never used it before I was not aware that I was missing pieces, however by now I really wanted to give the item a try so I went and bought one.
I instantly fell in love with it after the first time I tried it. It was very easy to use and the popcorn was great. I am a college student and popcorn is a number 1 snack here, and this popcorn popper makes it very easy. I normally can not eat a full bag of microwave popcorn so I generally have a lot of waste and the bag smells up my dorm room. But with the powerpop, I can make a small amount and it does not make my room smell at all.
Also, I do not have a lot of money to spend and as cheap as microwave popcorn is, it was too expensive for me to keep buying. But the powerpop is very cheap. I spend about 5 dollars to eat popcorn for 2 months, and I eat popcorn almost every day.
I reuse the little cardboard concentrators all the time and have not had any problems with using them or finding them. I make the popcorn with or without oil, sometimes with salt and other spices. I love this item, and I think everyone who loves to eat popcorn should own one.
