Quick Zuccini QuicheAug 14 '00 Write an essay on this topic.The following is a great quiche. It stays in the refridgerator very well and is great to heat up for breakfast or lunch on the go. It is so easy and from extreme start to finish it will take 45 minutes... I think the longest process is dicing the zucchini and the onion! 3 Cups Zucchini - diced or shredded 1 medium onion diced 1 cup bisquick 4 eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese 1 tsp. parsely dash of salt and pepper Mix everything together and put into a greased pan. (I like to use a round pie pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. **This is so simple! Just mix everything together and bake. i have also substituted cheddar and swiss cheese for the parmesan and both work quite nicely. I have also substituted egg beaters for the real eggs. Just follow the package and substitute according to the directions for 4 eggs. It's all a matter of taste. |
