This recipe for Beef Stroganoff is a little different, but you will get many compliments on this version.

Beef Stroganoff

2 small round steaks
1 small onion
1 16 oz. cup of sour cream
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup water
1 large bag of noodles
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cut the round steaks in strips and brown in a large skillet over low heat. Drain the grease and add the sour cream and mushroom soup. Stir the sour cream and soup and add about 1/4 cup of water and then stir again. Cut the onion in slices and add 2-3 slices to the mixture. Let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook noodles until tender and drain. You can either pour the whole mixture over the noodles in a large bowl, or you can serve the noodles and mixture separately so each person can add as much or as little mixture to their own noodles.
