Peanut Butter Cups you need a 12 oz. bag of semi sweet chocolate chips peanut butter paper cupcake cups( mini or regular size, whichever size you have) and of coarse the cupcake pan( again mini or regular size) you put the whole bag of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 2 minutes.When it is done stir it until it is a smooth consistency than you put about a teaspoon of the chocolate on the bottom of the cup (you may want to use less if using a mini pan and cups)than about a teaspoon of peanut butter on top of that,than top off with another spoon full of chocolate. put in the refrigerator for about a half an hour and you will have peanut butter cups This is fun for the kids and easy enough too Have fun This recipe makes a dozen regular size and about 24 mini  |
