My cat Lucy used to love to curl up next to the fireplace at our old apartment, however with our recent move to a new and much older apartment, things have definitely changed. Now when I get home from work I find her curled up under the bed, it could be from the lack of central heating and virtually non-existent insulation in an apartment built in the 40's and outside temps hovering around mid 30s in the evening. I have to admit that I am as cold as my cat must be even though I am not wearing a permanent fur coat. I decided that we needed to find some kind of heating solution. I had remembered during a recent trip to costco, seeing a heater on display that was extremely powerful and warm. So I headed right over to check it out again.

The price was good, around 50 bucks, so I grabbed a box. I thought maybe I got the display box because it was so light. Sure enough there was something in there. I was a bit hesitant due to the weight of the box. When I got home I fired it up, and in no time at all Lucy was on her back in front of it. Instant approval! I couldn't believe how much heat that little thing put out. The heater is great and my only complaint is that if you try and move it when it is on, it makes a horrible noise warning you that it is being moved while on, I suppose so if it tips over you will know. I recommend anyone looking for a space heater, go pick one up today.
