I'm Bleeding here!

As someone who will very likely be found dead from multiple razor cuts to the face and neck, I will offer advice on both the electric razor types.
I have owned both, and rarely use either anymore. Positives of the electric razors are they will not cut you as much and they make it seem easier to shave. I feel shaving is a scourge upon man, what kind of sick punishment is this facial hair nonsense anyway? Yes, it is genetic from the time when early man had to wander about the wilderness in all sorts of weather and the beard helped cut down on the damage done to the face by the elements such as wind and cold. However the vast majority of the human species does not face this problem anymore. Yet, this annoyance continues.
This problem necessitates the purchasing of razors. What joy.
In the electric category we have two choices, foil or rotary. I feel right away that rotary is the way to go since we must choose.
Foil has advantages, I just can't think of any right now, but it must.
Rotary has far more advantages. Rotary razors have more than one surface that is cutting, and by cutting, it is spinning in a circular motion and lifting and cutting, instead of basically just pulling hairs out, which foil razors have the tendency to do.
Yanked out hairs can often result in ingrown hairs which lead to unsightly bumps which are worse than zits, and sometimes painful.
Rotary razors also have settings for how close you want the shave. Regardless what you set it on, you will never get a shave as close to when you use a normal blade razor.
Wonderful things which will happen to you with either razor include razor burn. I know this happens with both my electric razors. It matters not what type I use or if I use any skin conditioners. I hate shaving!
Foil razors have a huge negative against them. Drop a foil razor in your sink or anywhere, if it hits just right it may bend the foil, you may not notice at first but you will when you have it on and shaving with it, and the blade works its' way to that slight dent in the foil. This will result in the foil having a hole torn through it by the blade and the effect it will have on you will be a very nasty multiple cuts.
Continue to use the razor and think you will avoid that part with the hole in it, and you may most of the time, but you won't all of the time. Meaning? more cuts. More blood, more pain. FUN!
Replacement blades. Generally foil replacement blades are cheaper as they are only one. Rotary normally includes 3 circle blades that must be replaced. Also not always simple to find at every department store which carries razors.
Wear: I think foil blades tend to wear out slower than rotary for some reason. This is a pain also, as you really can't tell it is getting duller and duller until they really are gone. Hope you have disposables or a back up set of blades to replace the worn out ones with. I doubt many people actually do this, I don't, but it is a good thing to do.
Often times I wish we could just wax or use some bikini bare and be done with this whole shaving problem. I suppose other choices are available, like that laser type treatment that kills the folicles. Until we are fortunate enough to go bald with facial hair instead of just on the tops of our heads, I will continue to choose neither foil nor rotary as my first choice, and go on cutting myself with blades.
