Sandy's Breakfast Souffle
Apr 26 '00
Warning: This quick and easy recipe may be inexpensive to cook; however, it is not low in calories...but it is soooo good! I try not to serve it too often, but when I do it doesn't last long! Besides, serving it for breakfast, you can also serve it as a main dish at dinner if you like. I hope your family likes it as much as mine does...
Sandy's Breakfast Souffle
1 can crescent roll dough
1 lb. bacon
6 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of your favorite shredded cheese
Fry bacon, drain and break up into pieces. Whip eggs and cheese in a bowl until smooth. Spray a 9 x 12 inch pan and roll the crescent dough out into the bottom of pan. Spread the bacon evenly over the dough. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the entire pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve.
Enjoy! =)
