I had dedicated server with them. In 3 months the hard disk has problem, and server crashed. They pulled a lot of my money saying this plan, that plan. Finally nothing worked. I paid a lot of money to them, but no response from. Yes, no response... I called dozens of times, and sent emails. Just they says that someone is looking at it. No reply to emails.

Finally I moved to a different hosting company. Now I am very happy, and my customers too.

Our site was being hosted thru a reseller at ait. Because the reseller had overwhelming problems he moved all of his sites (except mine, because we had just changed platforms and paid a year in advance) to another registrar. Suddenly, poof...just like magic AIT simply takes my website and holds it hostage. Seriously, they just took it. Why? Because they could at little or not cost to them and so they did. Everything on the domain name registry simply changed overnite to ait. This was done without any notice to us, the owner of the domain, or to the reseller, who had the agreement with AIT. According to ICAN this practice is illegal but in order to pursue this you must go thru legal channels at your own expense. Bottom line...AIT IS AN IMMORAL, ILLEGAL and SHAMELESS 'business'. A lot is broken here. I met Mr. Briggs when he was first getting AIT out of his garage and into downtown Fayetteville and would never have believed this could happen. Very dissapointing.

My son signed up for this service and never used it. He cancelled, or so he thought via telephone. I tried to resolve it amicably with them by phone and they were discourteous to the extreme. They said a manager would call me about my cancellation request because they could not do it. They never called back. I called the next day and reamed them for not calling. Again, I was treated rudely and informed they would call me within 4 days. Then I got rude as to why this took so much to get cancelled. After researching it I find they systematically stall and give you hoops to jump through so that you cannot cancel and they can continue billing. My credit card company informed me that this is becoming commonplace, where services make it difficult to cancel except by an exact method that you couldn't possibly know about. That is the case here!

Foreword... Do business with AIT at your own risk! Even though my run-in with AIT occurred many years ago I am still bitter about the entire ordeal. After transferring several domains to them I realized that they are just a horrible service provider. I switched the domains to another provider, but failed to transfer management of the domain name services from their sister company (NameIt Corp.). Long after moving my web pages off of their servers, and without warning, I found that my primary domain had been taken off-line. Turns out that AIT had teamed with NameIt to take control of my domain record. They claimed that I owed them hundreds of dollars and that control of the domain would be returned when I paid the money in cash (can you "extortion"?) Many hundreds of dollars later I finally regained control of my domain. I probably could have won the battle in court, but I had neither the time or money resources to fight them.

We have hosted our website with AIT.com for about a year now, and it has been nothing but problems.  Currently, our website and DNS have been down for over two days with no explanation from AIT...our clients aren't able to view our website, and we haven't been able to send or receive email since Friday. After several calls to AIT "tech support" (and I use that term very loosely), the problem is still not resolved. Their techs claim that a server went down, and their people are working on it, but have no estimate of how long it will take to fix it. What kind of hosting company takes 2 days to replace a crashed server? I have left multiple messages on AIT's voicemail, and in spite of their promise to promptly return calls I haven't received a single reply.  This company is bad, getting worse quickly, and the first thing I'm doing Monday morning is switching our hosting to another company.
