On Sunday, January 25th, 2004 at around 7:00 AM, BlueBox Internet's StLouis6 box went down. As of Friday, January 30th, 11:56 AM EST they are still down.
5 days of downtime to major ecommerce clients means major revenues lost. Support does not email you back to update you on status. You cannot call them to discuss the issue.
As you can imagine, I would not at all recommend them.
