Pros: Easy setup/administration, storage, bandwidth, POP accounts, and features are great value for the cost. Cons: Tech support relies on knowledgebase and forums as first resource; limited handholding from live techs.

Pros: Reliable email. Features of Exchange, none of the management hassles. Group functions. Great Support. Cons: Somewhat confusing account management web tool, but support will explain it. Quality has a price.
