Pros: They offer very high bandwidth with unlimited e-mail and aliased accounts. Great customer service.
Cons: No phone support.

Cons: No Telnet access, but they are good about assisting in areas where I need access.

No personal details needed - fast checkout
Anonymous payment methods available - webmoney, liberty reserve
Cons: Servers may be slow at times due to network issues.
I have been with http://www.yohost.org offshore hosting since 2006 and overall it is a reliable and affordable host. I registered a few anonymous domain names with them as well as anonymous SSL. Their services are very professional and prompt.
