Assuming that the reader might not understand some of the terms being used and then defining those terms is very helpful, as in my case. As a beginner who did not know anything about parking, forwarding, bulk registration, every little bit helps. Even though the current pricing information could be out of date, she went to the trouble to provide it in a very organized manner for several web hosts when that info was timely.

Some of the web-hosting stuff can be confusing. I did shop around, and got my homepage through a really good company. They even helped me with the setup.
