I must say they do have good speeds as advertised. Their pricing as nice as well. It stopped there. I used them as a host a quite some time ago and I have purposely erased much of my experiences with them from memory. I do however remember that their support SUCKS (all caps on purpose) and they tried to screw me over on a MIVA Merchant license. There are tons of hosts out there and this one offers nothing some of the others can't. My opinion...forget about Valueweb. Read my review of IDesigns for what a good host should be like...
