The Bottom Line Be a good conductor and work with every band member to have a great performance.
So you want to start a band . The first thing you need to know is that every one must follow the leader . If your band watches you and listens to you , then your band will be a huge success. So if every one keeps there eye on the birdie then the band will be great.
The next thing you need to do is help your band out .Work with each member. Encourage them and let them know that they can reach there own personal goal . Work hard with them every step of the way.
Give your band homework and study sheets to practice . This way your band will get better and better.You should give the test and extra help they need .
You should have performances to show just how good your band really is . This will make the members of your band try there very hardest. This will make the members of your band confident and happy about themselves .
As a band teacher you have responsibility to make sure that every member is happy and comfortable in your band. You should also be the best teacher.
