Pros: Lightweight ~ 12 pounds! Cons: Does NOT fully recline.
While expecting my first child, I had the pleasure of using a friend's Travel Savvy Stroller, made by Combi International Corporation. Its smooth traversing and "ground control" amazed me. While assisting a friend ...

Pros: Super light and compact. Can be pushed when folded. Cons: Storage net is difficult to access. Pricey for a travel stroller.
We bought this stroller to use strictly as a travel stroller. My husband and I travel frequently, and we wanted something that was super easy to use, light, and fairly inexpensive in case an airline ruined it. This stroller was on the pricey side ($80)...

Pros: folds very small; very lightweight; seat back easily adjustable Cons: basket is small and difficult to get items out of; rear wheels difficult to lock/unlock
The combi travel savvy stroller is very lightweight and easy to use. To open you simply have to pull one lever and lift up. To close you loosen seat back and pull levers on either side of handle and pull the stroller back and then fold towards center....

Pros: Folds up Compactly, Lightweight Cons: Doesn't work with heavy kids. Seat doesn't lay very flat
Ok, I have 3 kids and have had many strollers! Including the travel savvy. This stroller worked ok for me from about 6 months to 12 months. When she wasn't very active. I had a pretty big baby and since this only had a 3 pt. seatbelt she was able to...

Pros: lightweight, easy to fold up to fit in small places, great for travel Cons: does not work well for children over 25 pounds, front wheels lock in place
I bought the combi travel savvy stroller because I wanted a stroller that was easy to handle and would travel well. I found this model on sale and was very excited to get it. It was great in the beginning; it was easy to set up, easier to push than an...

Pros: Very light and narrow. Extremely easy to get through narrow aisles. Cons: Delicate, has broken a few times, lacks features like full recline, tray or cup holder.
The Combi Travel Savvy is so narrow that I accept any other flaws that it has. Shopping almost anywhere is a breeze with this stroller. It has a skimpy basket but a nice pocket on the back for your keys, etc. The handle height is low but it is a bar...

Pros: Very lightweight and portable. Easy to maneuver. Easy to unfold. Cons: Not easy to clean or fold up.
I got this stroller used and at a very good price. I was looking for something easy to throw in the car and that would be very light. I have two kids now. One is walking well on her own and doesn't need a stroller except for very long days out. The ot ...

Pros: light, folds small, easy to steer, comfortable Cons: small basket that's hard to reach, doesn't really recline
After 4 children, I've had MANY a stroller. This one is my favorite of all of them. It has the convenience of an umbrella stroller with the comfort of one of the larger size ones.
It folds small, so it doesn't take up much room in your...

Pros: light weight, very compact Cons: flimsy, no recline, rattles, 3 point harness
When I registered for this product I thought it would be great, but if I had to do it over again I'd pick something else for many reasons. First it says it reclines, but that's a joke because it's hard to recline and it does not go back very far....

Pros: small and lightweight Cons: hard to get into the basket and no 5 point harness
I bought this stroller for a trip to mexico and was VERY disappointed with it. First of all, the basket is too hard to get to and not enough room for anything - including my diaper bag. The over-hang doesn't cover the baby when in the stroller so there...

Great Lightweight Stroller for the price!!!
by emnrachsmom ,Sep 05 '04
Pros: Lightweight, easy to travel with/carry. Cons: Small storage area.
I was thrilled when I found this stroller! It is super lightweight, easy to fold and store, easy to travel with.
The only thing about it is the Travel Savvy doesn't recline all the way for infants. That said, I didn't mind as we bought the Kolcraft Universal Carseat Carrier for our infant stroller. It is much easier to just transfer the baby in the infant seat to the stroller, than to get baby out, so I wouldn't really say that the reclining thing is a real problem.
It could use a bigger storage area. It's kind of small and difficult to get to, but not bad.
All in all, I do recommend this as a great stroller!

combi travel savvy

Pros: Durable, convenient, light, easily foldable. Cons: not suitable for a newborn
Excellent stroller for a child over 8 month. Feets the purpose, easily handled and folded, durable. I had used 2 of those strollers in a past for both of my kids and I will be buying one for my new coming baby when he reaches the age. For my older child I have used it up until she was 4 for occasional walks and I have still managed to give it away in a good condition for one of my friends children.
