Enjoy them while you can

I have twins(boy/girl) that just turned 4. When I found out I was having twins, I was in total shock, I could not believe I, of all people, was gonna have twins! It was my first pregnancy and I was having 2 babies! Well, all went well until my 6th month of pregnancy! I had toxemia! I was admitted and induced 2 days later and had my twins at 6 months! They were 1 pound 4 ounces and 2 pounds and a half ounce! My first born children, so tiny, so fraille! The doctors didn't expect them to live past 24 hours, but they did! They were in the hospital for 3 months, came home on oxygen and all! It was very scary at first having 2 babies but to finally have them home and on oxygen! They were wonderful babies, when we fed them at night, we would feed one then the other would get up, so that was pretty easy, they slept in the same crib for a while since they were so small. They are fine and great and in terrific health now! It isn't as hard as people make it out to be having twins! They always have a playmate and someone to argue with! When they started to walk, which my daughter did first, it was terrific at first, but one would go in one direction and one in another!
One terrific thing about having twins is no jealousy. They already had been around each other, so other kids being around didn't bother them at all. Bath time was and still is alot of fun with twins, everything gets twice as wet but they have a great time which makes it all the better! Potty training was fun too, LOL. My girl was quicker to catch on than my son but after he saw her, he did great! The best thing about having twins is I had an instant family, one boy, one girl and we get twice the love! I wouldn't trade them for the world!
