I am the middle child from a family of seven. My Father and Mother had all five of us kids close together. I am not sure my parents knew what they were doing when they had us all so close together. They had five teenagers all at once, what a headache! I don't think that is was very easy on my parents but the rewards for the children are countless. I think having a sibling to go to school with made me feel better and secure. All five of us developed our own very unique personalities and are successful individuals. Therefore, I know that having a large family does not affect the children in a bad way. When I get married and have children of my own I am going to have several because I have seen the many benefits of having a large family.
